Does Dr. McDonald see children?
As a family dentist, our office treats children as young as four years old.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Can I pay for my visit by check?
You can pay for your visit by writing a check from a local bank or with cash.

Do you have extended payment plans?
Yes.  Please call the office to discuss your specific need.

What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you contact our office 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your appointment.

Do you provide reminders for upcoming scheduled visits?
Yes, we send reminder postcards by mail in advance of your appointment.  Our office also calls you two days before your appointment to remind you.

What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all traditional indemnity insurance plans.

Will I need to file the insurance claim or will you do that for me?
We will gladly file the insurance claim for you.  As the patient however, you are responsible for the cost of the treatment.  Payment for service is requested at the time of treatment.  If you direct your insurance company to pay its share of the fee directly to our office, you need only pay the deductible or co-payment portion at the time of treatment.  It is important to remember that  insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and not a substitute for payment.

Our office is located off of North Point Parkway, just north of Kimball Bridge Road.  The street address is 3005 Royal Boulevard South, Suite 250 in Alpharetta.
